Mental health is not only about 'what’s in our head'  but it also covers our emotional, psychological as well as our social well-being. It affects our emotions how we think and feel — and the actions we take. It has a part to play in how we handle stress, relate to others or make choices. Also, there is no appropriate age for ‘mental stress’ – it can affect a child as well as an adult.
