Riddhika has developed an avid interest in studying human behaviour, its development and impact on physical and emotional growth over the past. She has been working in this field for over 8 years.

She has worked at remedial centres and schools for differently abled children. She has been teaching children with learning difficulties and Mild MR.

​

Riddhika's area of expertise include Parenting, Stress management, Positivity and Confidence building, decision making skills, team work skills, goal setting, motivation, anger management, self esteem issues and relationship issues.

She tries to help clients by building an awareness about mental health and emotional well being to lead a balanced life with a positive outlook towards the world.

She approaches her sessions in a holistic manner and uses a lot of alternative techniques as well (behavioural and healing including: hypnotherapy, EET, Sound healing etc.) to understand the clients better and guide them to find solutions for their problems.
